What you'll do

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, checking accounts, employee payroll, and inmate payroll
• maintain and distribute employee payroll and account for time under company policy
• make bank deposits, write checks, and maintain checking account balances
• collect and credit funds to inmate accounts
• prepare required financial and trust reports
• prepare employee travel orders, advances, and reimbursements
• maintain inventory records for warehouse, food service, maintenance, and other supply areas. May oversee receptionist or administrative clerk duties.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years in an accounting-related role, an active valid driver’s license, U.S. citizenship, and age 21 or older. Associate degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field is preferred; non-custodial pre-service training must be completed.
