What you'll do

• Monitor delinquent loan accounts and follow up by calls and correspondence
• develop repayment or workout plans
• communicate with co-signers
• coordinate repossession, bankruptcy, settlement, and foreclosure processes with senior management
• liaise with attorneys and trustees
• file claims and attend court hearings
• maintain collection records and reports
• prepare repossessed collateral for sale
• reconcile repossession, bankruptcy, and forced-placed insurance data
• assist members with delinquent real estate loans
• monitor negative share draft accounts and research payroll deductions
• recommend charge-offs when appropriate.
