Accounts Payable Clerk

Job overview

The Accounts Payable Clerk role is hybrid in Tampa, FL, with office attendance generally two days per week and work from home three days per week; the initial training period and the last week of each month require additional office days. The schedule is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, and pay starts at $21.00 per hour. Depot Connect International provides tank and ISO tank container services and tank trailer parts. The clerk processes and reviews vendor invoices and payments, reconciles statements, maintains vendor records, and responds to vendor inquiries. The role supports accurate, timely accounts payable operations by resolving discrepancies with internal teams and handling financial information carefully.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and verify quantities, prices, and payment terms
• coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
• maintain vendor files and records
• prepare and process payments
• reconcile vendor statements
• respond to vendor inquiries
• key up to 100 invoices per day.
