What you'll do

• Develop and maintain integrated commercial readiness plans
• coordinate readiness across cGMP and supporting functions
• establish milestones and decision gates
• monitor progress and risks
• coordinate product launch, technology transfer, and Process Performance Qualification readiness
• track critical-path activities
• prepare executive dashboards and status updates
• facilitate steering committee meetings and risk assessments
• and improve readiness tools and processes.
