The Concierge — Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) role is onsite in Las Cruces, NM, on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Pay is $14 to $15 per hour. The concierge supports residents, guests, and employees at Solstice at Las Cruces, an independent living community managed by Provincial Senior Living. The role provides reception and information support, helping residents and visitors navigate community services and appointments. It also supports daily operations through message handling, records, mail distribution, and coordination with dining and other departments.

What you'll do

• Answer calls and take and communicate complete messages
• greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and give directions
• collate brochures for marketing
• prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts
• update resident phone lists, rosters, move-in and move-out registers, and guest logs
• manage resident and family appointments
• keep the desk and entry area organized
• distribute mail
• maintain resident forms
• follow company and operating policies.
