What you'll do

• Provide expertise in industrial-organizational psychology and strategic human capital management. Conduct workforce planning analyses, organizational assessments, trend analyses, and forecasting. Research and benchmark practices
• develop reports, briefings, white papers, procedures, and recommendations. Support human capital programs, change initiatives, project execution, stakeholder sessions, and executive communications
• analyze workforce data and review technical documents.
