What you'll do

• Assist with opening the all-day and fine-dining restaurants and in-room dining department
• help write departmental standard operating procedures
• lead and support line staff
• attend pre-conference meetings as needed and assist with meetings and line-ups
• communicate group information and changes to hotel associates
• maintain guest food-and-beverage preference records
• audit checks, assist with MICROS corrections, run shift reports, and support closeout
• train and onboard new associates
• assist guests and resolve concerns on the dining room floor. Additional duties may include forecasting, payroll monitoring, meetings, menu updates, and revising standards and procedures.
