What you'll do

• Manage the assigned ICSR Management Unit
• ensure project teams have adequate resources and productivity targets
• analyze reports and reallocate resources
• manage ICSR leads and line managers
• request additional resources when needed
• propose process changes and productivity practices
• train and mentor managers and senior staff
• prepare analyses and reports
• review project budgets and resource allocations
• support proposals, operations analytics, HR activities, CAPA review, quality requests, and operating procedure updates.
