• Review and validate diagnostic and procedural codes applied by front-end coding and clinical teams

• ensure compliance with coding guidelines, reimbursement policies, and regulations
• identify coding trends and escalate issues for root-cause analysis
• collaborate with colleagues to improve coding accuracy and efficiency.
