• Build and maintain professional community relationships
• communicate information about Grand Living, apartment floor plans, pricing, availability, and community benefits
• support initial and ongoing lease-up
• help maintain occupancy at or above budgeted levels
• develop outside referral sources
• use Microsoft Office and industry CRM applications.
