Site IT Administrator

Job overview

The Site IT Administrator role is onsite in Albany, OR, with compensation of $25–$32 per hour. RENA Technologies North America provides products and service support for semiconductor applications and industries. This position serves as the primary local IT resource, supporting employees and coordinating with the Germany-based IT team. It helps maintain reliable, secure end-user technology and infrastructure while supporting cybersecurity compliance and day-to-day IT operations.

What you'll do

• Provide first-line hardware, software, and network support
• resolve help desk tickets
• install and configure equipment
• manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle
• maintain server-room readiness and support local infrastructure
• assist with cybersecurity policies, documentation, and CMMC Level 1 self-assessments
• administer software licenses
• coordinate with global IT and report status to management.
