What you'll do

• Work with principals, practice leaders, market leaders, and business development teams to pursue local opportunities
• oversee local office financial metrics and coordinate staffing and project delivery
• identify, recruit, and retain talent
• build a multidisciplinary team to serve clients and support staff growth
• travel locally to project locations and client offices and occasionally to other OHM Advisors offices.
