• Set the vision and strategic plan for auxiliary services
• oversee housing, guest and conference center, mailroom, and transportation operations
• ensure accessibility and ADA compliance
• monitor service performance and housing metrics
• manage budgets and expenses
• ensure compliance with regulations and university policies
• lead managers and staff
• manage vendor contracts
• promote sustainability
• engage with students and student organizations.
