The Assistant Clinical Supervisor (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) role is hybrid, based in Colorado Springs, CO, with two remote days each week. Compensation is $95,000 per year. The role supports BY YOUR SIDE’s ABA Therapy Department at an assigned center. The position assists the Clinical Supervisor in maintaining quality ABA care by supporting clinical oversight, staff development, documentation audits, evaluations, and coordination among therapy disciplines. It also provides direct therapy, treatment planning, consultations, and coaching as assigned.

What you'll do

• Assist with clinical supervision and monitoring of ABA procedures
• educate and mentor staff
• review caseloads and client progress
• confirm SOAP notes and scheduling records
• assist with documentation audits, onboarding, and RBT training
• conduct initial evaluations and recommend therapy hours
• collaborate with behavior technicians, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and operations staff
• provide assigned direct therapy, treatment planning, consultations, and coaching.
