What you'll do

• Conduct pre-operational inspections
• inspect and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• monitor production for food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• document results and maintain records
• identify and report quality or food safety issues
• conduct GMP, sanitation, and environmental monitoring audits
• support investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
• and partner with Production, Maintenance, and Operations.
