What you'll do

• Maintain sales accounting records
• process wholegoods sales paperwork, equipment settlements, customer finance contracts, rental paperwork, and billing
• enter vendor invoices and associated costs
• perform floorplan reconciliations
• review sales documents
• complete warranty registrations
• maintain supporting files
• support dealership locations and the Sales team
• investigate discrepancies and suggest process improvements.
