What you'll do

• Provide direct care including individual, couple, family, and group therapeutic services
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Perform psychological testing and evaluations
• Participate in care coordination and discharge planning
• Maintain appointments in electronic records systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external partners
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment to patients, including the LGBTQ+ community
• Participate in supervising psychology trainees.

What we're looking for

Education

Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D)

Experience

Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D); Possession of valid clinical license in Connecticut; Ability to diagnose using DSM 5; Experience providing direct clinical care.
