In-Home Caregiver – 12-Hour Day Shifts

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and conversation
• assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• help with bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, and ambulation
• accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation as needed
• monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs
• communicate with the RN Case Manager about the plan of care.
