What you'll do

• Coordinate daily workloads and work orders for grounds personnel
• prioritize activities and monitor progress
• identify program objectives and develop operating procedures
• oversee safe service operations and mission-essential staffing
• monitor emergency and urgent work
• train employees on equipment and tools and brief daily safety training
• monitor turf heights
• supervise irrigation, mowing, and labor crews
• review JSA training
• schedule crews for special events
• prepare backlog status reports
• monitor irrigation requirements and equipment inventory
• oversee pesticide application and maintenance
• inspect work for standards compliance
• review time sheets and cost accounting data
• maintain work records and reports
• resolve logistical and operational problems.

Why this role
