The role operates crane and cutting equipment and supports cheese packaging and production. Accurate handling, labeling, weighing, cutting, sanitation, and recordkeeping help maintain safe, orderly production in accordance with good manufacturing practices and plant procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate the crane system to set up and move forms and load or unload them safely
• set up and use the grinder and cutter
• recover cheese from pallets and pans
• follow cheese color codes and production requirements
• maintain cleanliness and follow GMP, safety, and PPE procedures
• report unsafe conditions
• complete accurate records and line paperwork
• assist teammates and cover breaks as needed.

Why this role
