The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist role is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and provides care through in-person visits and telemedicine. Compensation is $32–$54.85 per hour. Codman Square Health Center serves a diverse community and aims to provide comprehensive, holistic, integrated services that empower people to lead healthy lives. The RDN provides medical nutrition therapy and education to patients and community members, helping them manage health conditions and build wellness skills. The role works with medical, nursing, and social staff on culturally appropriate care plans and supports nutrition programming and education across the community.

What you'll do

• Provide culturally relevant medical nutrition therapy and counseling in person, through telehealth, and in individual or group settings
• document visits using the Nutrition Care Process
• participate in multidisciplinary care teams
• develop culturally appropriate nutrition education materials
• provide community nutrition programming and resources to partner agencies and school-based clinics
• act as a preceptor to graduate students and dietetic interns
• support staff and patient education and department outreach
• facilitate warm handoffs after provider referrals.

Why this role

Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist credential and Massachusetts licensure required; bachelor’s degree and accredited dietetics coursework and supervised practice required; master’s degree and group counseling experience preferred; Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus.
