What you'll do

• Lead assigned projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout
• manage schedules, budgets, procurement, documentation, cost forecasts, labor, billing, and change orders
• coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• identify and resolve project risks
• reinforce safety and quality expectations
• and manage RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and closeout requirements.
