What you'll do

• Process invoices through Ramp with accurate coding and timely approvals
• manage accounts payable from invoice receipt through payment
• reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and resolve payment inquiries
• maintain accounting records and track and reconcile transactions in Excel
• and support account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
