What you'll do

• Receive, review, and manage work orders for trucks, trailers, and equipment
• assess and prioritize repair needs
• coordinate mechanics’ assignments and track progress
• communicate repair status, delays, and parts needs
• coordinate with vendors, dealerships, and outside repair shops
• arrange parts and vehicle pickup or delivery
• manage preventive maintenance schedules and records
• monitor downtime and recurring repair issues
• help maintain a safe, organized shop.
