Workday Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Assess the current HR technology landscape and SuccessFactors-to-Workday functional fit
• develop future-state architecture and integration options
• evaluate third-party application impacts and data migration, security, privacy, and compliance needs
• prepare business cases, cost and TCO analyses, risk registers, and go/no-go recommendations
• create a phased roadmap and present findings to leadership
• provide architectural guidance to internal teams, vendors, and system integrators.
