The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a hybrid role based in New York, NY, with pay up to $80 per hour. This position supports BK Behavior by providing ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. The role exists to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians. The BCBA works primarily remotely with one required in-person visit per month, supported by a dedicated success manager and an LBA expansion program.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
