The attorney handles commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing, advising clients and coordinating legal work across acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and land use. The role contributes legal counsel and transaction management for lenders, developers, investors, and corporate clients.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, financing documents, and development agreements
• conduct title, survey, and due diligence reviews
• manage closings
• advise on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and land use
• prepare legal opinions and transactional documents
• collaborate with attorneys across practice groups.
