What you'll do

• Represent banks, institutional lenders, and borrowers in secured lending transactions
• draft, edit, and review loan agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, and commitment papers
• work on leveraged lending, syndicated lending, and sponsor finance deals
• manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
• take increasing responsibility for transactions and direct client interaction.
