Site Security Supervisor

The Site Security Supervisor role is onsite near Tinton Falls, NJ, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Starting pay is $22.20 per hour. The role coordinates staffing, scheduling, training, inspections, compliance, and responses to client requests to support reliable site security operations.

What you'll do

• Oversee site security staffing, scheduling, and training
• ensure required training and screening are completed
• inspect personnel and performance for service quality and contract compliance
• handle operational functions including payroll and incident reports
• respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as required by site post orders
• direct and instruct subordinates.
