What you'll do

• Operate the two-way radio system to relay information and dispatch crews
• monitor, document, and assist with SCADA
• update outage information in OMS
• support GIS mapping and records
• track crew locations and status
• remotely operate devices when authorized and directed
• use the callout system to mobilize personnel
• coordinate service requests with Member Services
• process maintenance and 811 locate requests
• assist with switching operations under authorized personnel's direction.
