What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day store operations and execute business strategy with the General Manager
• coach and develop employees
• support labor planning and scheduling
• analyze store data and performance
• lead visual merchandising and product presentation
• maintain store safety and supplies
• manage inventory, fulfillment, money handling, and backroom organization
• recruit, onboard, and train employees
• partner with leadership and HR on performance matters
• ensure legal compliance.
