What you'll do

• Lead customer implementation analysis
• elicit and document requirements through interviews and workshops
• write user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• create current-state and future-state process flows
• refine and prioritize backlogs and maintain traceability
• partner with engineering and QA to clarify requirements, triage defects, and support testing
• define UAT scenarios, guide customer testers, validate outcomes, and drive retesting through sign-off.
