What you'll do

• Supervise and administer direct nursing care
• evaluate resident needs
• educate and support staff, residents, and families
• make rounds to ensure proper care and a safe, clean environment
• review medical records
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• administer treatments and manage care for technologically dependent residents
• identify therapeutic care issues and measures to promote, maintain, or restore health.
