HVAC Installation Technician

Job overview

The HVAC Installation Technician role is onsite in Minster, OH. Compensation is $20–$40 per hour. The installation team handles system replacements, which account for most of the company’s business. The technician leads HVAC system change-outs and helps ensure installations are safe, accurate, and completed to quality standards. By checking work, protecting customer homes, explaining new systems, and mentoring assistants, the role supports customer satisfaction and efficient installation operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and perform complete HVAC system replacements and change-outs, primarily residential with occasional commercial projects
• re-check work using the Installation Excellence Form
• protect homes and maintain clean work areas
• explain completed systems to clients and answer questions
• train and mentor installation assistants on technical skills and safety
• complete installation paperwork and system documentation in CertainPath
• maintain a clean and organized company truck
• follow safety protocols and company procedures.
