Residential Superintendent

What you'll do

• Oversee multiple residential job sites
• coordinate site readiness, cleanliness, materials, and trade partners
• maintain project schedules and daily Buildertrend logs with photos and notes
• attend weekly meetings and report project status
• monitor workflow and milestones
• conduct daily inspections for compliance with plans and specifications
• support safety meetings and onsite safety inspections
• communicate with the team and homeowners
• maintain complete project files
• help construct homes to meet schedules and closing dates.
