Document Control Specialist — Data Center Infrastructure

The specialist maintains accurate, accessible, traceable project and product records across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and turnover. The role coordinates document reviews and approvals, controls revisions, and helps teams use current information throughout project delivery.

What you'll do

• Maintain the central document control system
• receive, log, route, distribute, and archive technical and project records
• apply numbering, naming, revision, status, metadata, and retention standards
• ensure superseded documents are removed from active use
• coordinate reviews and approvals
• track outstanding actions
• issue controlled transmittals
• support redline, as-built, and turnover documentation
• prepare status reports and support audits and closeout.
