What you'll do

• Process warranty and vehicle service contract cancellations
• review requests for accuracy and completeness
• submit requests to providers
• track cancellations and refunds
• follow up on outstanding refunds and resolve discrepancies
• maintain cancellation, refund, and reserve records
• reconcile accounts
• assist with month-end accounting and reserve reconciliation
• coordinate with F&I, Accounting, Sales, and Service
• communicate refund status to customers
• maintain documentation and meet paperwork requirements.
