What you'll do

• Help create a welcoming and engaging classroom
• support children’s learning, play, and growth
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with toddlers in ways suited to each child
• maintain a safe and nurturing environment
• communicate children’s progress and activities to parents through apps and conversations
• partner with center staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals
• build relationships with families and coworkers.
