Warehouse Supervisor – Aftermarket Warehouse

What you'll do

• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
• ensure accurate SAP transactions
• coordinate warehouse capacity with production schedules
• manage dock scheduling and carrier relationships
• lead cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• improve layout and material flow
• supervise, schedule, train, and coach warehouse associates
• enforce safety policies
• investigate incidents
• report warehouse KPIs
• drive Lean/5S improvements
• coordinate with quality on nonconforming materials.
