What you'll do

• Assist surgeons and surgical team members
• coordinate daily workflow, assignments, and coverage
• review schedules and delegate responsibilities
• support KPI performance
• stock operating-room and laser vision correction areas
• communicate supply, implant, and medication needs
• follow surgical policies
• train and mentor team members
• participate in cross-training
• step into surgical team positions as needed.
