The Speech-Language Pathologist – Per Diem Days role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, paying $69.47–$80.66 per hour. CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is an acute care facility serving the Hollywood community and surrounding areas with medical and nursing care. The SLP organizes and conducts speech therapy to support rehabilitation, adaptation, and health. The role evaluates and reassesses patients, develops treatment plans and measurable goals, provides therapy and education, documents progress, and prepares discharge assessments for inpatient and/or outpatient care.

What you'll do

• Evaluate new speech therapy patients and reassess ongoing patients
• develop and adjust treatment plans and measurable goals
• provide rehabilitative speech therapy to inpatients and/or outpatients
• educate patients, families, and the community
• document progress notes, charts, and discharge assessments according to applicable guidelines.
