What you'll do

• Keep the Property Manager informed about daily procedures, issues, and changes
• report supply needs
• maintain cleaning equipment and report repair needs
• store and use supplies and chemicals properly
• clean utility and garbage rooms
• complete housekeeping laundry weekly
• clean common areas, floors, windows, elevators, and hallways
• dispose of building garbage
• clean vacant apartments and prepare them for painting
• paint as needed.

Why this role
