Consumer Care Representative

The Consumer Care Representative is an onsite role in Perry, NY, paying $22 per hour, with unlimited monthly bonus potential. The role supports Coast Professional’s debt collection operations by contacting debtors about account delinquencies and repayment options. Under close supervision, this representative handles routine collection activity and refers more complex accounts to managers or other staff. The work helps resolve accounts through calls, follow-up, information gathering, and accurate documentation while following scripts, procedures, and applicable laws.

What you'll do

• Make initial contact with debtors about account delinquencies and repayment options
• handle incoming and outgoing collection calls
• negotiate full payments, payment arrangements, or legal referrals
• review accounts and schedule follow-up contacts
• skip-trace debtors
• follow scripts and applicable laws and company policies
• document debtor interactions. May gather and verify information for certain accounts and may conduct follow-up communications about wage garnishment or rehabilitation programs.
