Quality Manager

The Quality Manager role is onsite in De Pere, WI. Compensation is not specified. The position oversees the Quality department at Robinson, an employee-owned manufacturer of metal fabrication solutions. The role administers and improves the Quality Management System to meet ISO 9001, ASME, AWS, and UL requirements. Through audits, corrective actions, analysis, documentation, training, and collaboration across departments, the manager supports product quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Establish and monitor quality performance indicators
• collaborate with customers on quality objectives
• facilitate QMS improvements and corrective actions
• manage document revisions
• investigate returned goods and nonconformances
• communicate with customers about complaints and process changes
• lead internal quality audits
• support supplier management and audits
• conduct root-cause and trend analyses
• assist manufacturing and inspection teams with procedural issues
• provide QA expertise in calibration, incoming materials, document control, and QC
• participate in customer and ISO audits
• supervise QA Technician tasks
• train personnel
• travel to other Robinson facilities.
