What you'll do

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability.
• Direct and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, students, and support personnel.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom orthoses and splints.
• Treat patients with orthopedic, traumatic, burn, tendon, nerve, and postoperative conditions.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, orthopedic physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
