Operations and Production Manager

What you'll do

• Lead employees and performance expectations
• oversee safety inspections, audits, training, and incident response
• coordinate processing, warehousing, material handling, and shipping/receiving
• monitor schedules, quality, safety, and productivity
• manage processing controls and documentation
• support ISO 9001:2015 and GMP compliance
• use WMS to maintain inventory and traceability
• coordinate material and product movement
• use operational data and continuous-improvement methods to reduce waste, downtime, rework, and variation.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations/industrial management, or related field; at least five years of comparable experience; and working knowledge of WMS, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, OSHA, and industrial safety.
