What you'll do

• Process accounts payable and receivable, checking accounts, employee and inmate payroll
• maintain and distribute payroll
• make bank deposits, write checks, and monitor checking account balances
• collect and credit inmate funds
• prepare required financial and trust reports
• prepare travel orders, advances, and reimbursements
• assist with month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting
• maintain inventory records.
