What you'll do

• wash and store glassware, china, silverware, and hollowware in assigned racks
• sanitize counters and surfaces
• operate dish and other machines
• refill dispensers
• maintain dish machines and pot sinks
• manage garbage and check ice machines
• assist with basic food preparation and banquet plate-ups when needed or requested.
