Tag and Title Support Specialist

The Tag and Title Support Specialist role is onsite in Bowie, MD, with pay of $23–$30 per hour based on experience. The specialist helps keep vehicle registration and titling documentation complete, accurate, and moving through established processes, supporting timely processing and customer service.

What you'll do

• Review deal paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• obtain and track required title and registration documents
• coordinate corrections with dealership personnel and other stakeholders
• maintain electronic and physical records
• update document status in CDK
• respond to inquiries
• assist with audits and reporting
• and provide backup support to the Tag and Title team.

Why this role
