Site Superintendent

The Site Superintendent role is onsite in Sacramento, CA, supporting projects in SitelogIQ’s Northern California region. The target salary is $100,000–$120,000+ per year, depending on experience. SitelogIQ provides planning, design, and management solutions to improve building efficiency, sustainability, health, and safety. This role oversees day-to-day onsite project development and installation, from demolition through startup, while coordinating with operations, business development, and engineering. It supports safe, high-quality project delivery and effective results for customers.

What you'll do

• Oversee onsite project progress and installation from demolition through startup
• promote and enforce safety and quality practices
• review and implement project safety plans
• walk sites and document safety observations in Procore
• validate contractor schedules and coordinate subcontractors
• prepare meeting minutes, daily logs, and requests for proposals
• maintain project reports and records
• coordinate with owners, contractors, and project managers
• track modifications and review as-built documentation
• support project phases from development and bidding through warranty.
